Nahian Asaduzzman has completed his Bachelor of Laws from the University of London. He is focused in the legal practice areas of company incorporation, commercial business transactions and he is also a professional who has considerable experience to advise and services related compliance issues with labor laws, commercial property and has been involved in a number of high-value local and international transactions.
In 2011 he started working as an Officer Cadet in Bangladesh Military Academy of Bangladesh Army. During these years, he took training in Command, Leadership, and Management (CLM), Tactics, Weapon Training etc. His military experiences have included the knowledge of Direct, Organizational and Strategic Leadership by virtue of assumed role or assigned responsibilities which can inspire the civilians to accomplish organizational goals and strategic vision.
Later he underwent Medical Retirement from the Corps of Armored, Bangladesh Army and started being involved in startup business where he vested responsibilities with the matters connected to formal documents, logistics, resource limitations, special tasks, space and time. His previous experience includes advising candidates for the Military Selection Board – ISSB. Nahian is truly passionate about his work and is always eager to connect with others.
Saifullah Khan is a fulltime associate at Shawn Novel & Associates. Prior to joining the corporate legal practice at the firm, he gained exposure and experience in the field of civil and criminal litigation. At Shawn Novel & Associates, he specializes in the areas of business licensing and real estate law. Saifullah provides legal counsel in numerous matters relating to trademark issues, labor law compliance, the establishment of joint venture companies, family law, welfare, immigration etc. He has represented several clients, from entrepreneurs, small domestic corporations to large multinational enterprises, to establish their footprint in the investment markets of Bangladesh. Saifullah has completed Bachelor of Laws from the University of London.
